The great 2010 Vintage!!!!

This year it has been great for our Gracia de Chile grapes, wines 2010 vintage will come out amazing! Our Winemaker Marcela Chandía gave us some advance in how are the wines doing.

“Our Sauvignon Blanc grapes from Bio Bio Valley had a very slow ripening during this year, which was just perfect!! It allowed obtaining a great natural acidity without having to make any correction. We also had this year a perfect fruit expression and terrific aromas.
Our red wines also took advantage of the privileged climate we had.
The cool spring delayed our harvest in one month and allowed us to have more balanced alcohol levels and delicate tannins. The fruit expression of Cachapoal valley it is charming.”

As you can see we have great news for this year, Marcela is very happy with her first harvest working with us and the expression of the terroir she got from the grapes, as she always says “The greatest thing of being a winemaker is helping to translate into wine what the land is trying to tell us trough the grapes”.
